Having opened our doors as Ruckers 3 decades ago, adults relive their childhood memories every time they step inside. Tokens are not to be removed from the fun center. We love that you would like to surprise your loved ones with coin! But we need to sell coin in-store and would hate to run out. Please purchase a gift card instead of actual tokens for gifting.
Smile! You are on camera! For the safety of our team, and security of our guests, we have cameras in-store that record digitally 24 hours, 7 days per week.
Please understand that our games are mechanical. We have chosen to stay ‘old school’ or ‘retro’, Because of the extreme amount of usage they can sometimes get tired and want a break. Our team is trained to the best of their ability to keep them up and running, but at times we need to bring in someone with a special touch. If you have an issue with a game starting or not giving tickets, let our team know and we will do our best to fix the problem. We will see that any tokens you may have used when there’s an issue will be replaced. Sorry for any inconveniences and thank you so much for your understanding.
